Why is it that surveillance footage always makes people look so scary?

I like it from where we see the scary part! I'm a little confused what the issue is before that. The overlapping newscasters is distracting, seems like you're making fun of it. Are you?

The pauses are nice, I like the ending too.

I was waiting for that highlight around the sign stealer. The news casters in the background and then silence towards the end over text made it kind of dramatic. I liked the inter-cutting (sp?) of the newscast it felt like many newscasts at once, as if it was being reported on all over.

with the low sound quality of youtube and most computers, you lose a lot from the overlapping audio in the beginning.

i'm not making fun of it. in my opinion the pauses feel nicer because they contrast the chaotic audio that i didn't think was entirely important as long as you understood there was dirty politics and a man with video footage. you find out the rest as the video unfolds. at least that was my intention. sorry to disappoint but i was unclear on what you wanted me to do with the footage. i'll cut another version for the fifty bucks.
