i liked the little afterward you all included this time. i don't remember if you had it in the last episode we saw. Do you guys use Lavalieres at all? I recommend trying sushi from Imperia its on 5th and Colorado. My DJ who's character portrait I'm working on is the head sushi chef. There's this really awesome dish that he made once ( I can't remember what its called) you eat fish, and then right after you bite into this candy coated lemon (candy coated in front of you with some torch like cooking tool). He also has a roll dedicated to UT, its called 38-41.
I agree with David. I think it is important, ecspecially in a food documentary, to add a sequence that gives the viewer a feel of the place they will potentially be eating at. I like how the introduction was very short but yet packed a lot of visual information in. I think it was just enough to get me to say, "Hey they resturant looks balla...I really want to go now." My only negative critique of this is that the diagetic sound could have been monitored more. I know its a bitch making everything professional as an undergraduate. Good Job though!
